WHAT I WORE - THE LITTLE WHITE DRESS

The little black dress might be a night out staple but for those summer days, what's more fitting than your little white dress. As soon as I saw this dress on ASOS by Warehouse, I fell for it. The cotton fabric, the sweet heart neckline and that button down - dreamy! The dress is the most gorgeous fit, tightly fitting around the bust and waist and skimming over the bottom half, those holiday gains (stomach gains, not biceps!) are nicely hidden away. I've since checked the Warehouse website and it's also available in some lovely prints!
To go with my little white dress, I have been dying to wear my new ASOS straw heels - how adorable! I love these, as soon as I saw them I added them to my basket and that's saying something as a girl who has only owned one pair of heels for years! They're so unique and dainty, i've imagined them also with a lightweight grey tee, ASOS Farleigh jeans and a red lip for a casual summer evening. They're very comfortable and that little ankle strap adds a pretty 60's spin.
Whilst wondering around nearby our hotel in Paris, we discovered this beautiful street of coloured houses. Similar to those you find in Chelsea but with a French twist. It was so dreamy, each house had a different feel, some were brightly painted, some were more subtle with hand painted features to the wall. There was even a resident cat chilling on one window sill! This was the perfect place to photograph my outfit and we definitely made the most of it. I'd recommend visiting if you're in the area, it's called Rue Cremieux and is just off the Metro station for Gare Du Lyon. The best part is it is pedestrianized so no cars getting in the way!
