I'm a cliche and i'm okay with it! I'm here to discuss Autumn, Autumnal colours and nail polish; but aren't they three of the best things in life anyway? As always, as the seasons change, our beauty regimes change too and of course our nail colours. Stepping away from anything bright or pastel, it's the turn of nudes, deep plums and crisp reds. As per any girl and beauty enthusiast; I have one too many nail polishes which can make these decisions tricky - no boys, we may have seven nudes but they are simply not all the same! I'm here to tell you about my three favourite colours to hopefully help you gals out.
And the line up is:
Barry M's Matte Nail Paint in 'Burgundy Crush' available here for £3.99
Models Own's Hyper Gel Polish in 'Midsummers Mauve' available here for £4.99
Maybelline's Super Stay Polish in Deep Red available at Boots for £4.99
I'm a sucker for a red but bright red doesn't cut it for this time of year. The deep tones in the two mentioned are so beautiful but for a busy week where I may need to disguise a chip or too, the Models Own nude is a life savior. All three polishes are easy to apply and have great colour pigmentation. The Barry M shade is not in their gels line however their formula is always strong regardless and the Maybelline polish will stay put for days and days. I personally have really thin nails so all three of these polishes help stopping my nails breaking and snapping once i've managed to grow them a bit longer - wining!
Do you have a favourite polish or shade for the colder seasons? Let me know!
